Due to travel restrictions by COVID-19\, we have decided to host the event virtually. \nView event page here. \nVea la nota conceptual en español aquí. \nGUIDING THEME \nScaling-Up Anticipation in Latin America and the Caribbean for Disasters and Crisis \nDATES \nJune 2- 4th\, 2021 \nMORE INFORMATION \nMore information about the event platform\, registration and agenda will be available by mid-May at the Anticipation Hub website. \nOBJECTIVES \n\nCreate an interactive space for dialogue between humanitarian actors\, disaster risk management specialists\, scientists\, and strategic allies in the region;\nPromote the importance of disaster and crisis anticipation and identify opportunities for its implementation;\nPromote the exchange of good practices and lessons learned in FbF/anticipatory action in Latin America and the Caribbean;\nShare progress and new initiatives in terms of conceptualization\, methodologies and tools on anticipatory action at the global and regional levels.\nParticipants
